Everywhere you turn in the Inland Empire, there is loud and obnoxious construction going on. Most of this construction work involves fixing dilapidated roads or buildings. Not so much with the building of new homes or offices. Although those are being built as well just not to the degree that they were due to the failing economy and housing fallout.
