The apartment of 105 m2 ( 1130 ft2 ) is located in the historic center on one of the 7 hills of Rome, the Esquiline, 50 meters from the Roman Aquarium (in the garden in front there are the remains of the Servian Wall built in the first half of the 4th century B.C.)

In 5 minutes one can walk to the beautiful Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Palazzo Brancaccio; in 10 minutes one can reach Nero’s Domus Aurea & in 15, the Colosseum.

Do you have a sports fanatic who is celebrating a birthday, retirement or graduation? Pick one sport or use a combination of the three for a theme party to celebrate. There are many fun ways to decorate and entertain guests with a sports theme.
