Paperless Payday Loan – Points To Consider With A No Fax Payday Loan

May 30th, 2008 by admin

Paperless payday loans subtract the paperwork hassle from the application process. But, you still must meet the payday loan company’s requirements to be approved. They may also delay your approval if your information has to be verified by hand. A lender with good customer support will ensure a quick approval.

No Paperwork Hassle

The greatest bonus with a paperless payday loan is that you don’t have to worry about paperwork. No searching for bank records, past bills, or pay check stubs. No rushing out to your local copy center to fax records. You can complete the entire process online at any time.

Once your information is submitted over a secure connection, your payday loan lender will verify the information through their database. You can be approved for a cash advance in less than an hour.

Must Still Meet Requirements

Even with the convenience of a no fax payday loan, you still need to meet the requirements for a loan. While there is no credit check, you will usually need to have at least $1000 in monthly income, which can include a job or social security check. You must also have been employed at your current job for at least 60 days, sometimes longer.

Additional requirements include being at least 18 years old, providing correct contact information, and having an open checking account. Some lenders also require no NSF checks and at least a $100 balance in your checking account.

Longer Process Time

While most paperless payday loans are speedy, there can be delays in the process. Most often this occurs when there are errors in your application, usually misspelling a word or transposing numbers. When this occurs, the computer rejects the application and a person has to verify the information.

To avoid these delays, double check your application before submitting it. You may also find that faxing documents will save you time.

When choosing your payday loan lender, make sure that you are getting the best service and rates. Look for lenders that offer customer support through email or phone calls. This way, if there is a problem, you can be assured that it will be handled quickly.

Fax Payday Loan companies online.

5 Power Tips To Double Your Online Sales

May 30th, 2008 by admin

“How Can I Double My Sales?” – that must be the
silent prayer of thousands of webmasters.

There are two ways to do it: you can either double
your traffic or you can double your conversion rate.

Let’s say you have a conversion rate of 2% (1 sale for
every 50 visitors) and you get 100 visitors a day -
you’re getting 2 sales a day. You could get 4 sales a
day by increasing your traffic to 200 visitors a day.

But you can get the same result – with your existing
traffic – by doubling your conversion rate (2 sales
for every 50 visitors).

Here are 5 ways to double your conversion rate:

(1) Direct Response: Make sure your website is a
‘Direct Response Website’. A DRW is a site where the
only options are to Buy, Bookmark, or Leave. The more
options you give your visitor, the less likely they
are to buy.

(2) Free E-Books: Include Free E-Books as bonus
gifts with your product. This can easily double your
sales – especially if the Free E-Books are genuinely
useful. Here are some places you can find Free
E-Books:

http://www.free-ebooks.net/
http://www.ebookdirectory.com/
http://www.ebooksnbytes.com/download.html

(3) Testimonials: Make sure you have plenty of
testimonials on your website. Preferably, they should
be from customers who have achieved results from your
product (e.g. more traffic, more sales, saved time
etc).

(4) Follow Up: You’ve probably heard this over and
over again but it’s worth repeating – people have to
see you your message about 7 times before they buy.
The biggest mistake you can make is to try and sell
your product on the first contact alone.

It just doesn’t work, and the statistics bear this
out: the 1st contact produces 2% of sales, the 5th to
12th contact produce 80% of sales.

So in your ezine ads and at your website, offer
something free in exchange for an email address. And
then follow up with sequential (or follow-up)
autoresponders.

Here are some sites that offer free follow-up
autoresponders:

http://www.auto-responders.net
http://www.informationbyemail.com
http://www.getresponse.com/orderfree.html
http://www.rapidreply.net/free_features.htm

(5) Backend Sales: It’s no secret that successful
businesses make up to 80% of their sales from previous
customers. Why? Because people who have bought from
you before are much more likely to buy from you again
(they know you, they trust you, they were happy with
your product).

The hard work in marketing is getting a customer. Once
you have a customer, they’ll buy from you over and
over again.

Contact your previous customers and let them know
about another product that compliments the product or
service they bought from you. Experts reckon that the
value of ‘a lifetime customer’ lasts about 3 years -
make use if it.

If you follow these 5 tips, you may well find that
you can double your online sales with the traffic you
already have.

To your success!

Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff with Your Credit Policy

May 30th, 2008 by admin

Do you know how many customers you have that are past due right now? How many bad checks are sitting on your desk that you don’t know what to do with? How many dunning letters do you send out a month?

How would you like to answer those questions with none, or very few? In a new book, “Become the Squeaky Wheel,” Michelle Dunn, explains and outlines some easy procedures you can use to erase bad debt, and prevent it in the future.

“One thing that is often overlooked is how to prevent future credit issues,” says Michelle Dunn. “I am always amazed at how creditors will hire someone to collect the bad debt they have but do nothing to prevent future problems.”

“Business owners should implement a credit policy before they start their business, it should be included in their business plan,” says Dunn. If you’re an existing business with bad debt, you can create a credit policy and implement it with existing and future customers right now.

If you have a pile of bad debt, it is never too late to implement a credit policy. The sooner you do it, the better your chances are of collecting what is already owed to you and preventing future bad debt, so you won’t be in this situation again.

Making Money with Articles: The Importance of Keywords

May 30th, 2008 by admin

The following paragraphs summarize the work of Keyword Density experts who are completely familiar with all the aspects of Keyword Density. Heed their advice to avoid any Keyword Density surprises.

Keyword density and placement are important parts of optimizing your articles for search engines. Search engine spiders scan a page in a way that makes it important to place your keywords where they will be detected and recognized as a keyword, so that your article will come up when someone searches for that keyword.

What is a Keyword?

A keyword is a word that is going to be placed in your article several times, not just once as that would make every word a keyword. When a spider sees that you have a word placed several times in an article, it will determine that your page may be useful to users that search for such a keyword.

Over Optimizing Your Articles

I trust that what you’ve read so far has been informative. The following section should go a long way toward clearing up any uncertainty that may remain.

It is important to note that there is also such a thing as over optimizing your articles for particular words, this is known as “keyword stuffing”. When you stuff keywords in an article a spider will detect that you are trying to trick it into placing your article high in the search engine results for that word, and will instead penalize your site and your page for doing such. This may even affect the rankings of your other pages or get your site blacklisted from a particular search engine if you are found keyword stuffing too many times.

What is Keyword Density?

Keyword density is how many times your keyword is placed in your article. Most use a percentage to determine how many times they will put a keyword in an article. For instance, if you have a 500 word article and want to achieve a keyword density of 5%, then you will need to have the keyword in your article exactly 25 times. You can find hundreds of resources and guides recommending one keyword density over another and the reasons behind the logic, however, in the end you will have to determine which density is more profitable for your articles. Each webmaster as their own density that they like to achieve based on past results. As long as you don’t over optimize and you are making sufficient profit from your rankings, then you can choose whatever keyword density you like.

The Right Density

No matter what exact density you choose, it is important to place keywords so that there are more at the beginning and end to produce an hour glass effect. Having the right keyword density in your article makes it more likely that you will make money off of that article because it will rise in the search engine results and be seen by more people.

Now you can be a confident expert on Keyword Density. OK, maybe not an expert. But you should have something to bring to the table next time you join a discussion on Keyword Density.

Why Does My Overhead Projector Keep Blowing Lamps?

May 29th, 2008 by admin

Over the past 25 years I have had the unique opportunity to talk directly with many of the professionals and instructors who use Overhead Projectors as an integral part of their profession. The stories they have shared with me have given me direct insight to some of the most common problems experienced by owners of today’s and yesterday’s Overhead Projectors.

I would like to share this unique compilation of information with a series of articles derived directly from some of the most common questions and complaints that I receive from my clients in the Audio Visual Industry.

The first thing that comes to my mind is the question that I am asked almost every day; “My Overhead Projector keeps blowing lamps, what could be the problem?”

Most of today’s Overhead Projectors use projection lamps that require 82 volts to operate. Because the AC outlet that you plug your Overhead Projector into is 120 volts, a special electronic component is required to create the 82 volts needed to operate the projection lamp. This electronic component is called a diode (rectifier).

When the diode (rectifier) of your Overhead Projector becomes defective, it allows the line voltage of 120 volts to go directly to the 82 volt lamp. This additional voltage is too much for the projection lamp to handle, when the user turns the overhead projector on, the projection lamp will burn out in a matter of seconds due to this excessive voltage. In some cases the end user will place several new lamps into the Overhead Projector before they realize that the problem is not a defective projection lamp.

If you have a basic knowledge of Electronics or basic wiring the diode is something that most end users can replace themselves, otherwise this problem should be handled by a professional service technician.

The Joy of Recycling

May 29th, 2008 by admin

I have always been an advocate of recycling. Even though I am not always convinced of its financial viability, I am thoroughly convinced of its value as a means of increasing public awareness of the cost of our consumerism. In the 20+ years I have been in the organizing profession, I have never heard anyone complain that their problem in getting organized was that they didn’t have enough “stuff.”

It doesn’t seem like getting rid of things should be such difficult issue, but in my own experience and in the lives of clients, it often is. I have spent countless hours listening to clients justify why they need to keep clothes they haven’t worn in ten years, utensils they aren’t sure how to use, appliances that need repair, artwork they don’t even like — and, of course, old magazines they’re sure to read some day!

If you have enough room and if you’re willing to pay the price in space and energy, it is possible to keep everything. But if you can’t find what you need today because you’re tripping over what you might need tomorrow, the price may be more than you should be willing to pay. Recycling is often a great solution.

It’s amazing how many ways you can find to recycle the things you aren’t using. Towels and bedding are desperately needed by homeless shelters. Pre-school programs can use calendars with pretty pictures. Local schools are often delighted to have used computer equipment. The Lions Club collects eyeglasses for people who cannot afford to purchase them. (How many pairs do you have in your dresser drawer?)

My mother had an enormous pile of overalls which my father no longer used, but she didn’t know anyone who needed them. She just couldn’t bring herself to toss them, so she put them in a box in the attic. One day she heard a woman on the radio say that she wanted to buy overalls because she used the bib tops to make jumpers which she sold to raise money for her favorite charity. She didn’t even care if the overalls had holes in them, because she covered them up with decorations and trim. My mother was elated to find a home for the overalls — and get a check for $10 besides! (One note of caution: Don’t fall in a trap of looking for the perfect recipient — organizations such as Goodwill Industries can use almost anything, and will give you a receipt for a tax deduction!)

How Good a Deal Is Your Bank’s Mortgage Insurance Plan?

May 29th, 2008 by admin

When you go to the bank to get a mortgage, you’ll inevitably be asked to take out mortgage insurance. The idea behind mortgage insurance is simply that if something happens to you or your spouse then your loan will be paid off which is good news for your family and the bank. Most financial institutions act like they are doing you a favor by offering you mortgage insurance through their own group plan, but are they?

The truth is that you could probably get a much better deal and at least an equal amount of protection by shopping around for your own insurance policy.

Essentially, mortgage insurance is no different than term-life insurance. With both, your policy only lasts for a specified period of time and pays its benefits if something happens to you or your spouse. The real difference comes down to how much control you’ll have over your policy and how much you’ll pay for it.

If you choose to use the mortgage insurance offered by the bank, you will not be able to customize a policy to fit your needs and you’ll be lumped together with other borrowers under a group plan. Because of this, you will only have limited control over your policy. For example, through a third party provider, you would be able to choose your own beneficiary, decide how to spend the proceeds if necessary, and cancel the policy at any time. You would not have these options with a lending institution.

Additionally, the bank maintains the right to not renew your policy and to cancel the policy when you sell the house. If you find your own insurance provider, you can make those decisions yourself.

The other big difference is cost. A third party insurance policy’s premiums will not go up, so you would pay the same premium today that you’d pay ten years from now. You won’t get that same guarantee from a bank which can and probably will increase your premiums during the life of the policy. In most cases, you’ll probably pay more through a bank anyway. In fact, you could pay as much as 40% more than you would if you shopped around and found your own insurance provider. Not to mention that the policy you take out through your bank will gradually decrease in value while a plan you select from an outside source will be worth the same amount during the entire policy period.

Of course, many people don’t mind paying more for their mortgage insurance because it’s more convenient than dealing with insurance agents. The truth is that you can easily find a policy that fits your needs and provides affordable premiums via the Internet. An organization, such as the Hughes Trustco Group, can even generate quotes for you from multiple insurance providers so you’ll know that you’re receiving the best deal possible on the policy you want.

The bottom line is that mortgage insurance is important and should be part of your home buying or refinancing preparations, but that does not mean you need to pay more or let the bank make important decisions for you. Instead, you should find your own personal plan from a third party provider which will let you stay in control of your policy and will save you money in the long run.

How to Find the Right Bridesmaid Dresses for Your Wedding

May 28th, 2008 by admin

The kind of bridesmaid dresses your bridal attendants should should wear depends on the type of wedding you end up having.

What’s your wedding theme?

Do you have a particular theme in mind? For instance, if you had a nautical theme for your wedding as a whole, you might want to have special sailor-style dresses for your bridesmaids.

Likewise, an Irish theme wedding might have bridesmaids in traditional Celtic apparel. A casual beach wedding calls for sundresses in a fun print or perhaps a solid linen to match your flowers.

Plan your bridesmaid dresses based on your budget

You should select bridesmaid dresses that are not only complementary to your wedding dress and overall wedding theme, but you also need to consider whether your choice of dress is also affordable for your bridesmaids, who often don’t have the same budget as you do for your dress.

If your bridesmaids cannot afford a fancy dress, you should pay for them yourself rather than force them to forfeit their role in your wedding. More than one wedding has been ruined because of hurt feelings, and it’s easy to overcome them if you show a little sensitivity to your bridesmaids’ needs.

Bridesmaid dresses for a large wedding?

If you have a large wedding party, you might want to select different dresses for your attendants other than the maid/matron of honor. Then you can come up with a special dress for your maid of honor that has extra-special touches to let her shine.

Large bridesmaids?

Pardon the pun in that subhead, but sometimes your bridesmaids have figure problems that you don’t. In those cases, you should try to ensure that they look their best in the bridesmaid dresses you choose for your bridal attendants.

Slightly overweight bridesmaids will feel uncomfortable in tight bridesmaid dresses that don’t complement their figures and your tomboyish friends won’t want to wear lilac ruffles and frills.

Shoes to match your bridesmaid dresses

On the one hand, you want all of your bridesmaids to dress similarly to create an overall image for your wedding. But shoes are a very personal thing. What one person is comfortable wearing might cause tremendous pain to another bridesmaid.

As a result, your bridesmaids’ shoes should be selected based on their style and comfort level. To make things simpler and ensure that your bridesmaids’ tootsies are comfy enough to dance all night at your reception, you can ask them to choose shoes to suit their tastes in an appropriate color if you’d like taking the pressure off of you to choose for them in the process.

Shopping tip: You can find a wide range of bridesmaid dresses online, but I recommend that all shoe purchases are made in person by the bridesmaids themselves.

Stress Management: Stress & Pressure

May 28th, 2008 by admin

Just for one day, I’m inviting you to make a critical distinction between stress and pressure.

“But aren’t they are the same?” you may be thinking to yourself.

In fact they are really quite different. And it is a difference that makes a difference as well.

Stress or pressure?

What is your largest source of stress? Is it work, family, finances or something else?

Whatever your greatest source of stress, it is something undesired that comes your way.

Stress comes into our lives from the outside, such as an idiot driver or a deadline at work.

Most of the time we think of stress and pressure as the same exact thing.

It’s not, because pressure, on the other hand, is an “inside job.”

This is because pressure is what we tell ourselves about the stress.

For instance, in the example above, the stress is the deadline at work. We add in pressure when we think or say things like

“It’s not fair! I’ll never be able to get all this done!”

A much more empowering approach (inside job) would be to ask yourself

“In how many ways can I get all this done, and even more, and enjoy the process?”

Some would say this is just playing with semantics. I would say that it is all semantics and furthermore, that it is using the power of language to change your life!

Easy Steps to Creating Amazing Baby Shower Center Pieces

May 28th, 2008 by admin

When planning a baby shower for a friend of family member it is always important to plan ahead. One thing to think about ahead of time the center piece for the table or tables.

Traditionally baby shower centerpieces are flow arrangements. These are things that you can easily do on your own and save a little money or if you are pressed for time simply pay a florist to do the work for you. It really depends on your budget versus amount of free time. It is very simple to really spruce a flower arrangement up for a baby shower by including some fun baby items. For example place small teddy bears around the bottom of the arrangement. You can also add letter blocks, safety pins for cloth diapers, rattles or other small baby toys. These add a light and fun touch to the traditional flower arrangement and make the baby shower center pieces really stand out.

Another option that is becoming very popular is diaper cakes. These can either be real baby shower cakes decorated with diapers and baby items on them or they can be cakes actually made out of diapers (But you don’t eat these cakes). Diaper cakes are often wrapped in cellophane and have a very decorative bow and fun. These can make a very striking centerpiece for a baby shower and an easy conversation piece.

Another fun and festive option is balloons. Balloons a very easy, one can just go to their local party store and have a bunch of balloons made into an arrangement. Plus balloons are very festive and they always say party. To add a little more of the bay shower touch to balloons you can easily die baby rattles to the bottom of the balloons as a weight to keep them on the table.

A very non-traditional idea might be to take an empty fishbowl and decorate it paint pens, beads or other fun objects that can be found at your local craft store. Then add some water and candles and you have a very unique baby shower centerpiece. Another non-traditional idea that I have personally used was a small collection of toy fire trucks and police cars with balloons tied to them. This of course was a baby shower for a new baby boy.

Some important tips to remember when thinking about a baby shower centerpiece are:

1. Leave yourself enough time to completely the project in a relaxed manner

2. Plan to have problems with materials etc and then if you don’t you will finish ahead of schedule.

3. Enlist the help of other friends. They often have fun decorating for a baby shower.

4. Plan your theme first and then work outwards based on the theme.

5. Most of all is be creative. There is no one-way to do this and it is important to be creative, have fun and do the work with love.

If you follow the above suggestions and brainstorm some of your own ideas the bay shower centerpiece is sure to be a huge success. Again it is important to take the time to be creative and really enjoy the project. These will show in the final results and everyone will see the love and effort that were put into the baby shower.
